a student is amazing , the vibe , the activities and the facilities. Trust me the price is worth it. This is my 2nd year staying here and I renewed my contract for next year because I’m simply loving it. The price includes breakfast (5days a week) and weekly cleaning service ( every Thursday around 1pm). There building has a commun area downstairs for you to socialise and chill ( pool table, Tv, table tennis, music, usually busy during the weekend) . We also have a movie room and a study room that you can book to enjoy with your buddies as well as gym (well-equipped and for free you even get a personal coach coming every Monday from 4 to 7 pm - no need to pay gym memebership). The location of the building is amazing 10 min walking to the city centre ; 4 min to MMU and 15 min to Uni of Manchester (literally saying bye to uber, bus memebership). The staff is welcoming and friendly and they will make your stay enjoyable. The room is perfect, clean and cosy so you will not regret it.
