The large private 'L-shaped' swimming pool includes an extended sun deck with spa (hot-tub), shaded lanai, water jets and impressive 'SAm' colour-changing pool lights. There is also a large gas barbeque and poolside dining area for al-fresco dining. Inside the villa there is a large open plan living area and in addition to the 5 bedrooms there is a Den (alternative 6th bedroom if required) with entertainment facilities, a brand-new games room with pool table, air-hockey and foosball (table-football), two dining areas and a 'loft' area with computer workstation with free broadband wi-fi internet access. For golfers, the villa could not be more ideally situated. The Southern Dunes golf course (rated one of the top 100 courses in the U.S.) is situated adjacent to the complex and there are literally dozens of courses, including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate, within a very short drive. Two sets of golf clubs are provided for use during your stay The community is nestled amongst the orange groves and boasts a large, private, fish-stocked lake, boating and fishing facilities, walking and picnic areas. It is ideally situated just a short drive from all attractions. In the immediate vicinity there are a selection of restaurants and a large 24 hour Wal-Mart 'Supercenter' with everything you could possibly need during your stay, from doughnuts, delicatessen and dvd rental to pool toys, fishing and golf equipment. The newly completed retail center 'Posner Park' is also just a 5 minute drive away. The villa has complementary facilities provided for babies and young children incl. steriliser, high chairs, bed rails, strollers etc. (we are twins club recommended!). For larger parties, we are in contact with other villa owners on the community should you require more than one villa. Our management company also remain on call 24 hours a day, should you need them, to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. A security bond of £200 / $400 is also payable with the balance, this is to be held as a guarantee against any costs incurred for additional cleaning, missing items or damage during your stay at our villa. The security bond will be returned within 4 weeks of your stay upon notification from our management company.
