Stage 1... 6/8 month i started using this for my son they recommend 10month Stage 2..... 15month they recommend Stage 3 recommend 24month I say you know your own child as i said i started using this wen my son was about 6/8 month and i havent used the stages i kept it as stage 1..... Fantastic Condition wheels are in such good condition used a handful of times Sun Canopy great con bucket on the back attached great con comes with parent bag great con toy phone attached but needs batts deat cover great con and child bottle/drink holder attached. The whole bike is in FAB! Condition hense the price This does not recline i used to tip the bike back as if going up a step nand pushed him home......a fantastic ride along experience for both parent and child x
